The Bee Informed Partnership was formed in 2011 to work with beekeepers, gather information and data, and develop methods and protocols that contribute to Best Management Practices (BMPs). BIP participants submit survey data from thousands of beekeeping operations in the U.S. each year. BIP researchers then compile and evaluate that data in order to identify practices that may help improve honey bee health.
