MEETING INFORMATION:
This meeting will be more informal than in recent years..possibly in a ‘Round Table’ format as we’ve done during previous meetings over the years.
We have discussed possibly having a ‘name’ beekeeping speaker..but are currently planning on having discussions between various CPBA members.
Lyle plans to bring us up-to-date with what’s happening with the almond situation in California.
We also plan to have a few of the long-timer beekeepers in the CPBA talk about their experiences (what’s worked and what hasn’t) which should be interesting and informative..within the ‘Round Table’ format.
On Friday evening..for those wishing to do so..we plan to rendezvous in the hotel lobby..and get together informally for a meal and conversation..as we’ve done in the past.
Saturday lunch will be catered and served in the meeting room buffet style..as we’ve done before. Menu items TBD at this time.
Hotel staff has informed us that guests and activities at the hotel have returned to fairly normal procedures..but that if some wish to wear masks..that is completely acceptable. We will keep you all updated with any further developments as we move forward to the date of the actual meeting.
